Exchange dont have this functionality unless you run Small Business Server which have a POP connector for Exchange. Here is another POP connector forExchange http://www.mapilab.com/exchange/pop3_connector/What you can do is to have your POP vendor to deliver mail (with SMTP) to your exchange server and have your users read there mail from Exchange.lasse at humandata dot se, http://anewmessagehasarrived.blogspot.com

As Tariq and Lasse pointed out, no version of Exchange except the SBS version has a built-in POP3 connector. If you don't want to use a 3rd party product, then you need to get rid of the POP3 accounts. Are your external accounts pointing to the same domain? Or do the users all go to a domain that you do not own. If all of your users point to an external POP account on a domain that YOU own, then just change the MX record to point to your server.I wanted to supplement the products that Tariq and Lasse provided to you with this link:http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.aspHowever, I would also go with the MAPI Labs solution. They make excellent products. Jim McBee - Blog - http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com

Yes Jim our domain name is like: ABCD.COM and our External Mail account look like: ALI@ABCD.COMthis domain name we owned it..now our MX Record in our local DNS refere to our Exchange serverwhat is the next step ?

Do you own the ABCD.com on the Internet? Is there an ABCD.com MX record on the public DNS server and point to your exchange server?

hi,you can configure all of your users to use your exchange server locally. and you say that some users dont have internet access so it is not problem. you can use pop3 connector like mapilab pop3 connector. and you can deliver mails to users that dont have internet access.and also you can restrict users to send and recieve messages out of organization.regards,Mumin CICEK | Exchange - MVP | www.cozumpark.com | www.mumincicek.com
