Hi I can create a disclamer within Exchange 2007 easily but would like to create another on like Regards Senders Name Tel (**********) Fax(*********) etc...... Has anyone got any ideas how I can populate the senders Name Thanks

I am pretty sure this is not possible with Exchange 2007 out-of-the-box. Sure seems to be a good opportunity for 3rd parties, though.

actually i beilieve it is you have to type the word username with % on both sides so it would look like %username% <- i wrote it both way because idk if this forum would allow both ways to show but yeah there you go try that one
