Adding New E-mail address to All Users
Looking at KB822447, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822447, I see how to my recipient policy. What I want tot do is add a new SMTP address to all my users that is first.last@ccmh.net . So how do i get the policy to add the new e-mail address to all existing users and set the new e-mail as the primary? I have to keep the old e-mail address. Will changing the recipient policy add the new email address to all current accounts?

Yes follow the kb, modify the default email address policy and add new SMTP address with%g.%s@ccmh.net address and select it and click "Set asPrimary" to make it primary and make sure existing/old email address domain is also there without bold so it will remain with all recipients as a secondary email address...Amit Tank | MVP Exchange Server | MCITP: EMA | MCSA: M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
