Adding a global signature to all emails sent via Exchange Server 2013
Is it possible to append a Global Signature to the bottom of a new message opposed to the bottom of the message thread which the disclaimer options does at the moment. This to me would seem to be a very standard request that an orgnisation using o365 might want to do?

Hi,

I'm using a transport rule as I am trying to avoid using a 3rd Party Tool.

Hi Neil,

Please log on to EAC and add an transport rule in the Mail flow. Here is a reference in detail:

In addition, you can set the scope by selecting the users.

Should you need more assistance, feel free to tell me.

Hi Rebbecca,

Thanks for the link to the article.

However at the bottom of the article there is a link "Email signatures directly under latest reply/forward" to a third party piece of software, so is this the only way to achieve this?

Thanks

Neil
