Hi, My first organisation is up and running and everything is working ok. My second domain's hosting has just run out and while moving the website across has been no problem, I am a bit stuck on how I move the email across to my server. I would like to know (preferably with a step by step guide - I find technet articles aren't always helpful for the learner, as they assume a certain level of knowledge) how I prep my server to receive and sendemail for a second domain. I have made MX records, and ALL of the mail from my server goes through a smart host. I guess I would like to know how I would go about setting up a receive connector (my current receive connectors are the default exchange ones) and how I go about setting it up so that I can send from person@myseconddomain.com and any replies to that domain get through to the right account on my server. I assume i need to set up an alias on a myfirstdomain.com account? Thanks

Hello, You need to configure second domain as an accepted domain in Exchange 2007 to receive emails for it. I am running into a problem. I have done the above. I have added the domain. I have added the policy. I can send from the new domain to my hotmail address, but I cannot send to the new domain. I get the following error: host mail.domainB.com [IP ADDRESS] said: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay (in reply to RCPT TO command) Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance! :-)

Run the command: Get-AcceptedDomain | fl Is the domain there? What is its "DomainType"?
