Running Exchange Server 2003 sp2 on a SBS 2K3 sp2 server. We just hired an employee who will have both an email address from our domain and one from another. I need to add her other email address to several of our internal distribution lists. I've googled and haven't found anything too helpful. Does any one have any tips or links to articles that will explain how to accomplish this? Thank you all in advance. Chuck

Create a contact pointing to the secondary email address. Add the contact to the required DLs.Shaba

Do I need to create the contact in AD? IF so does it matter which OU? Thanks Again Chuck

OU doesn't matter. Just create a contact and set the external email address.Shaba
