Adding disclaimer for outbound mails in Ex2k3
Hi Everyone,
I need to add a disclaimer to outbound mails in Exchange Server 2003,How can i add this ? Guys pls explain

Hello Ashwini,
This task can be done easily if you use some kind of Spam management software. Most of those softwares including Micrsoft antigen 9.0 are equiped with this feature.
If you want to implement disclaimer within Exchange 2003, then there is a script available on Microsoft website, download that script and use with event sink. This will not be that easy to implement. See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317680for implementation instructions.
