Hi Guys,

Quick rundown of the network,

I have a Server 2012 R2 as my main DC, then also server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 as a DC (also only mail server), then there is a historical DC which is Server 2003 R2, 

On my OAB I have additional Address Lists which are compiled under OU's in AD, I have removed a user from there, and added another, however when I look on my 2008 and 2012 DC's I can see the data has replicated between the 2, but when clients open outlook (same applies to OWA) the new contact has not updated, the change was made about a week ago, 

I tried manually updating the address list, which wouldnt matter when using OWA, 

How will I be able to get the new contacts to replicate through to the actual address lists,
