Hi everyone, I am using Exchange server 2003 in which we have a user A who has additional mailboxes set up in his outlook client. The problem is whenever he switch between mailboxes the From ID is set according to the name of the mailboxes not taking the default ID. To sum up what i want to configure is to set up a default ID (From ID) for all mailboxes.

Normal Outlook behavior is to always send from the address of the primary mailbox. Are you saying that is not happening? What version of Outlook? Hi Microchip-techv, Which version of exchange do you use, if it is outlook 2010, and what about the account email address, if they are difference for different mailbox, in my opinion it is expectation.
