Address Book Title Issue

Hello,

I have problem, I already created some users in exchange server. The problem is after I create user mail account in outlook in client pc, In address book, Each user's titles are not showing to users. what is the solution?

Hi Ashane,

How much time passed since you have created the accounts, if users are on Cached Mode and using OAB it might take upto 48hrs for new accounts to showup in Outlook.

Try accessing it using outlook on online mode or check if the new users are visible in OWA.

You might want to Download the Offline Address Book

Thank you for the quick reply. Actually I'm doing practicals in exchange server, Just installed the server and created users. I'm new to exchange server. Please let me know if the any other solutions available.

Good to know you are getting hands on Exchange.

"Each user's titles are not showing to users. " Can you please explain what do you mean by this. Not able to understand your issue clearly.

Hi Ashane,

1.First run this cmdlet to verify if the data is correctly saved

get-user  | fl name,title

2. Check your DCs replication is fine

repadmin /replsummary

3. Login to OWA, check the username details there.

Let me know the results.

Thank you for the support, I think now it's successfully showing for users. I think it's my fault. after 48 hours its showing well.
