Hi,There are 2 approaches. One for owa 2003 and other for owa 2007You can change the default in OWA 2003by pressing the To, Cc or Bcc buttons. But you cannot change the default address list in OWA 2007 by pressing the To, Cc or Bcc buttons. However, you can still change the default address list that is being used when OWA 2007 is resolving names. OWAfor Exchange 2003 Select your default Contacts folder byof Address Book Clik the Options button Scroll down to bottom. Set the Check names first in: option to Contacts.
