Address Lists Containing Wrong Accounts
In Exchange I've made some custom address list groups based on OUs to make it easy to find certain resources (Rooms, Vehicles, Projectors) When I run the query in EMC the list is perfect. And when I look at the list in Outlook right after running the query in EMC it's fine. But give it a week and suddenly other accounts creep into the lists. And the only way to fix it is to go into the EMC and re-run the query preview for that list. Why is this happening?

To start with I;d chceck your query and then look at those objects that appear tha shouldnt. And see where they reside. You have probably done this but maybe another admin is moving objects around. If that's not the case, then I'd look into your query to begin with.Sukh

The objects are in their own OUs. No other accounts has gotten into those OUs. The accounts are all "Rooms". The query is targeted at that OU. (Alias -ne $null -and (RecipientDisplayType -eq 'ConferenceRoomMailbox' -or RecipientDisplayType -eq 'SyncedConferenceRoomMailbox')) Yet there are contacts (Not Mail Users) that creep into the book.
