When setting up address lists it seems only to be possible to set them based on Company, Department etc, but not OU or Group membership! Is this the case or am I being daft?Also, is it possible to set it so the default address list show to users is one other than the GAL?Alex

There isn't any direct way tofetchusers from OU in Address List because there isn't any AD attributed which can be filtered to get all users from an OU with -RecipientFilter while creating address list. Great! I think it is not possible to select the new address list by default in dialog box. You may need to configure virtual segregation but in that case Default GAL doesn't show at all after configuring permission on ALs...
