I have to problems. The first is that i want to run everything as an administrator, how do i do that(i am an administrator account), and second, in my user accounts nothing works, when i click manage accounts nothing is there and adding new accounts does not work, how do i fix this?

are you sure you are authenticating to a domain account and not a local workstation account?
