I am the administrator of this computer and as of 2 days ago I have not been able to sign on. When trying to sign on I receive the message: The User Profile Service service failed the logon User profile cannot be loaded. Any help on how to resolve this issue would be very much appreciated. Hi Sharon, This is the Microsoft Exchange forum. I would recommend finding the forum that fits the product that you need help with... Windows XP SP3 can be found here. Windows Vista can be found here. That said, you will probably be able to get around the issue in order to fix it by logging on with the Local account that is named Administrator. -matt
