Advanced Queue issues
I need some Exchange help. I have Exchange 3002 running on a Server 2003 box.
The problem is, I have one email outside address that I keep seeingthe same reportson in the "Message History"
(date) (time) SMTP:Message Submitted to Advanced Queue
(date) (time) SMTPtarted Message Submission to Advanced Queue
(date) (time) SMTP:Advanced Queue failed to Deliver Message
I can do a search for that sender in "Message History" and find the Events stated above but I can't find seem to find out why the Advanced Queue failed to Deliver the Message or where the message is?
Any Help

I've got the same issue with a distribution group. When you send an email to the group, it goes to "advanced queue" and is never delivered. I can't find the mail anywhere. I get no NDR either.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

I notice it always happens to the users who are our of local location and using different smtp server than our own exchanger server.
Please help if anybody have an idea what that could be. Microsoft experts, please help.
