Hi all, I have been asked by my boss what options we have to consolidate our EMEA region into one Exchange organisation. We are all on separate AD's. we all have our own Exchange on-premise, Exchange online or Lotus notes. Now we have been asked to make it a nice and simple solution, which is scalable and not prone to too much hassle. I am thinking that 1 AD forest with exchange servers in each country will be the best and nicest solution. apart from the initial migration to new AD and move over to this new Exchange organisation. We have also thought about Some kind of hosted Exchange if you can keep separate AD's and still being able to find people in the address book and see their availability etc. Unless i am mistaken, trusting and GAL syncing between exchange organisations is too messy and not very centralised.
