After setting up Call Answering OWA newly recorded greetings won't play, only the default

Good morning!

We are running UM on an Exchange 2010 server.  SP3 is installed and we're on Rollup 9.  The issue we are having is that any time a Call Answering Rule is recorded, the default greeting overrides the recorded message.  I have tried rerecording the personalized message AFTER setting up the rule to no effect.  As soon as the rule is deleted, the recorded message plays as it should.  This happens for all users across the organization.
