Age Limit on User Mailbox
I am using Exchange 2007, and would like to set an age limit on a speicic mailbox. Is this possible?

There is no direct way.
You could however set the restrictions on the useraccount so it gets disabled and then mailbox access is also blocked.
Write a powershell script that disables mailboxes if users are disabled?

That will not suit our needs. It looks like this has to be done from the client end, maybe using an outlook rule.

Do you mean setting an age limit on an individual folder or messages in the folder or the mailbox aswhole?
You can use MRM to define managed folders with age limits, and you can also use ADUC to set accounts to expire, but I'm not really sure what your trying to do.
