Allow a user to view multiple calendars
Outlook 2003 on Microsoft Exchange server.
I have received a request from a Senior Manager that a particular individual be allowed to see the calendars of all managers in the company (they work in administration). Instead of having the 45+ managers go through the process of "share my calendar", how
do I give this permission to the employee, only for calendar viewing, not for email, in one fell swoop? I don't want to give the security permissions through AD, nor do they need to be a delegate - all they need is the ability to
view these calendars. I'm assuming a Security Group, which we have for all leaders, could be used (universal or global)? But I am not certain how to configure this.
