Allowing Delegate to print daily Calendar with Task list

Short of my manager just giving me her password for access, I believe my IT department and I have tried everything we can find to allow me to print her daily schedule with Task list. Seems simple enough, but for some reason impossible. I have access to, and can even alter, add, update her current task list. My print settings include the Task list in the Options box, but when printing, it is always blank. Calendar Printing Assistant seems to be no help, either. I can select her task list, but nothing populates. We've tried setting due dates to the tasks and not. I'm forced to take screenshots every day and print from Paint, and it just seems unnecessary.

Any assistance would be very appreciated!

Hi,

I understand you are the delegate and now have some difficulty printing your manager's daily calendar, but I still need more information before I can provide any suggestion.

To help you with this issue, I need to know:

1. Your Outlook version

2. The detailed steps to reproduce this issue

Kindly provide the information I need above.

Hi there!

We are using Outlook 2010.

When I click Calendar, I can view both my schedule and my manager's. I select hers simply by clicking on it (making sure it's bold) and then click File>Print. Here, I have her Daily Style settings set as:

Layout: 1 page/day

Tasks: To- Do bar (but have gone back and forth from Task list and To- Do bar with no change)

Include: Notes area (blank) and Notes area (lined) both selected

Print from 7am- 7pm

Thank you for your assistance!

I should clarify: I have no issues printing the calendar itself. She wants the task list shown as if she had printed the calendar herself. While I have full permission to her task list, including editing, adding, etc, it does not show on the daily calendar print.
