Alternative for Rolodex / Indexcards in Office or Exchange?

I'm looking for a simple sollution without having to buy a whole softwarepackage or creating a difficult system to replace a rolodex on our office. The idea is that it should be possible to share it in maybe Exchange or something. What we would like is a quick search option for:

1. Customername + customernumber
2. What specific articles this customer uses/orders normally
3. The specific prices this customer gets
4. The specific wishes for the orders this customer places

The reason we would like to have a (kinda) digital rolodex is that CRM is way to complicated and expensive for what we use it for. Hopefully some knows a simple sollution and/or plugin/tool.

Hello Jeff,

This is something i heard of but never seen/used before. I installed it on a local machine and it seems to be what we want. But what we need to know before we spend too much time on it:

1. If we have a VLSC license for Office 2013 Standard, is it a free application?
2. Can we install it on a Exchange 2013 server?
3. Can we access the data remotly on a iPhone etc. (or do we need special software/apps?).

Looking forward to a reply, this looks promising now!
