Tony I read the article and the warning about Microsoft Exchange. Is this a slim chance of anything going wrong with the Exchange Server. I do not want to create more headaches. Also could I do a export of her pst file and delete her account/profile on the server and recreate her account then import the pst back to the local computer. Thanks For the Help Mike
