Any known issues with Exchange 2007 SP3 patching?
Hi,
We have done Exchange 2007 SP3 patching recently however after patching OWA users are unable to login (through RSA token authentication)
Any known issues / patched causing this problem?

One more issue is there in Exchnage 2007 SP3. If you are using VSS backup with CCR then you may encounter issue of log purging after backup. To resolve this issue you must install RU1 or RU2 of Exchage 2007 SP3.
Hope this info will help you !Anil

The only I have heard is OWA not working after going to Exchange 2007 SP3. I would highly suggest testing in a lab environment prior to your installation.

So, the issue has disappeared if the RSA token authentication isn’t used?

The login window keeps asking for the credential (Username and Password) after you have entered them already, right?
Please check if there’s any error event in the application log on the CAS server after reproduced the issue
Please check if there’s any related trace in the IIS log on the CAS server after reproduced the issue
Please increase the diagnostic logging level of the OWA related components on the CAS server
