It seems like an easy question but ...

I have a range of KPI's (First Reply Rate, Customer Satisfaction Rate, ...) that I would like to view in certain dimensions and for this reason I would like to connect the KPI's to the respective filters:

- period (last month, last 6 months, etc. ...)

- priority

- Name 1st Level org

- customer name, etc. ... overall I would like to 'combine' between 8-10 filters.

I have created the KPI's with all the associated dimensions - first 'hurdle': how do I apply the dimensions: all? descendants of all? ..., next challenge: Connecting the scorecards with the KPI's to the filters does not work as long as the dimensions are not part of the scorecard itself (columns, rows). I have not found reasonable instructions how to do that. Can anybody help or direct me to any material that could be helpful?
