Appointments are disappering in a single users mailbox
Hi One of our users is experiencing that some of his appointments in Outlook 2007 (running on Exchange 2007 SP1) suddenly disappears. Have any one seen this problem before? My first thought was that the user was doing something wront..... but who knows, stranger things have happend :-)/Lasse

So the appointamans are allready made, how old are they? If so, it could be tha outlook is autorachiving them in the archive folder. If someone is deleting a shared calendar item, i would apear in the deleted items fodler of the user who deleted the item, if im not mistaking. Zarko

Yes, this user has a HTC smartphone with Android. I just checked his mailbox, and in the Deleted Items I found the missing appointment?/Lasse

Again is the user thats haveing the issue the one who is making the apointmnet? If so that a regualr thing to happen, as u dont have to accept your own appointment. It will be written in the calender, and the mail will be put in the deleted items.

It's the user who creates his own appointments. Since the "missing" appointment was in the users own Deleted Items, I think he deleted it him self by mistake./Lasse

No, its the standard behavior if u are making an appointment it will go to the deleted items. The user who created the appointment doesn't need to accept it.
