Hello The college I work for would like emails sent to a particular distribution list to go to a manager who would approve the content and allow the email to continue to be sent to the distribution list. Anyone know of a way to do this with exchange 2003 or another app?

You'll most likely have to control this with permissions. Make it so only the manager can use the DL. Senders will have to create the message and email the manager for review and then the manager can send to the DL.

We were thinking the same thing but we are trying to avoid that. Unfortunately the DL is a kind of open forum, the educators would get very annoyed if they had to send to a particular person first. We want to inconvenience our faculty as little as possible while still maintaining some control over what content is sent to the list.
