Archieve EMail
Is there a way to archieve email at the server level so that old emails get pulled from the user's mail box, but yet still have acces to them if needed? We have exchange 2003Lee

I can't think of anything native to do what you want. There are a number of third party tools.GFI, Commvault, symantec all have some good archiving solutions just to name a few. SF - MCITP:EMA, MCTS

Per my knowledge there is no way to do archive on Server level yet. But there are many Microsoft partners developing third party archive solutions. Fallow below resource URL for more information.

I would consider an email archiving solution such as Symantec Vault. There are many other similar solutions around.Andrew Sword, MVP
