I am currently running Exchange 2010 SP1 RU6 and have applied KB2480474, which resolved the issue of Mailbox Quota Warning being sent only once. The issue though is still occurring with the Archive Quota Warnings. I have set the Archive Quotas under the Mailbox Properties as well. Not sure what other information would be relavant, so let me know if there's anything else you need to know This is something that has been bugging me for a long time and any assistance/information would be greatly appreciated.
