Archive Quota Warning Only Triggering Once
I am currently running Exchange 2010 SP1 RU6 and have applied
KB2480474, which resolved the issue of Mailbox Quota Warning being sent only once.
The issue though is still occurring with the Archive Quota Warnings. I have set the Archive Quotas under the Mailbox Properties as well. Not sure what other information would be relavant, so let me know if there's anything else you need to know
This is something that has been bugging me for a long time and any assistance/information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Damian

Hi,
For this issue, you can use these two ways to have a try:
<1> Upgrade to Exchange 2012 SP2
<2> Add the following registry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem\CheckWarningQuota=1

Hi Evan,
Thanks for the response, though with the second option, I have already tried (through
KB2480474) that and it did resolved it for the Mailbox Quota Warnings but not for the Archive Quota Warnings.
My concern with going to Exchange 2012 SP2 is that it won't fix the issue for Archive Quota Warnings and also the amount of implementation issues I have heard people have had going to SP2.
Is the Archive Quota Warning issue a known issue with Microsoft?
Thanks
Damian

Archive warning quota When a personal archive exceeds the specified archive warning quota, an event is logged for the Exchange administrator and a warning message is sent to the mailbox user.
Did you see the archive warning event ?
