Hello, We have a SBS 2003 R2 server and we use the public folder store in Exchange to share mail to a particular usergroup, but now the store is reaching the 50Gb barrier. I understand that MS has no archiving tool for the public store, which tool can anyone advice me to use for archiving the public store. If possible we want to browse the archive when needed... Check out Lucid8's DigiScope http://www.lucid8.com/product/digiscope.asp since it will allow you to; Export data from the production Public or Private information store into PSTs and then later if you need access to that data you can read the PST with Outlook or with DigiScope and you will also be able to import that information into the original or alternate location. Open an offline copy of the Public or Private store, i.e. say if you have a backup of the database (EDB, Logs etc) DigiScope can open them so that you can Browse, Search, Export or recover granular data.
