Hi everyone,
I am currently having an issue with an Exchange 2013 server that I have deployed, I have set a retention policy that will archive mail after 1 month, clean deleted folder after 14 days and keep a all deleted mails for 14 days before permanent delete.
The issue is that I have set everything up and mails are still not going to the archive, I have also run the command to reduce the time of when it will run the Folder Assistant Set-MailboxServer ZA-JHB-AM-EX01 -ManagedFolderWorkCycle 1 and the following command to get the Folder Assistant to start Get-mailbox | Start-ManagedFolderAssistant
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
