Hello all, Last night I archived approximately 14 GB from a users mailbox using the archive utility in Outlook 2007. The edb was originally 25 GB. I then ran eseutil /D to recover the space but when it finished the edb was still at 24 GB. It just doesn't make sense to me. I am running Exchange 2007. Anyone have any ideas on this? Thanks Stephen

The messages are still in the mailbox's dumpster. You'd need to move the mailbox itself to clear the space.
