Naveed, Exchange 2007 will let you send larger messages (larter than 50MB) and unlimited number of messages.But, you will have to change the existing limits as the current limit is a maximum of 5,000 recipients and a 10MB message size.It will also add a simple message signature to all outbound messages, but Exchange 2010 isgoing to be much better for that. Additional, to repair the messages is a feature in the outlook, which can scan the messages and repair them as much as possible And about the translation, its not a feature of exchange if what you want is to auto-translate received English message to Arabic language.

Thanks for the replies,I will check the repair feature in outlook..receiving message in english and exchange translating it into Arabic is some feature we wont see even ex. 2010 or 2013 :) About the signature for each user, we can make transport rules for each user to put in his/her signature which is a daunting task, or we can make a transport rule for signaturesbasedon Department.
