I want to allow certain non-admin group users to be able to edit the membership of a distribution list from Outlook, but even if I set the user to the owner of the distribution group I still get an error saying that "Changes to the distribution list membership cannot be saved. You do not have sufficient permission to to perform this operation this operation on this object." I am running Exchange 2010 SP1 and the client in question is Outlook 2003.
