Attaching a new mailbox and retaining current appointments.
Hi All,
One of our staff mailboxes will not receive Calendar invites. The appointment gets placed in his calendar as Tentative but the actual Invite (to accept, deny, etc) does not come through. Outlook configuration has been checked thoroughly (no rules or views deleting the mail) and his roaming profile has been deleted (from server and PC) and reinitialized. Also, the staff member has a delegatefor his mailboxand they get the Invite.
It appears that it's the mailbox itself that is corrupt so we want to un-attach the mailbox and re-attach a new one, and then import his data from PST. If this is done, will appointments he has been invited to (that are re-occurring for example) link up to his new mailbox or will this cause conflict?
Thanks,
Russell

Open this mailbox with outlook and then select from menu bar, Tools|Options|Delegates tab. Uncheckthe checkbox "send meeting request....."
and the user will get his meeting request back
