The contents of (body of mail) is received.But incoming mails with attachments from external network is being received fine. Hi Harpreet, Moreover, through OWA users are able to send attachments. ---If you send the email via OWA, the user can receive the attachment, right? Please send a test mail with attachment via OWA and check it via OWA to see if it works. If the issue disappear, the issue can be caused by Outlook. If the issue persists, for a further analysis, we need to leverage archive sink.
