Attachment size limits
Is it possible to have different size limits for messages bases on Internal or external with Exchange 2003. I would like to limit external to 20mb but allow internal email to reach 100mbThanks in advance

Yes, you can do that.Check out the steps in the linked article.If the global limits are set to 100MB, you can set the SMTP connector to 20MB and achieve the configuration you want.http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322679How to set size limits for messages in Exchange Server
