Authentication
The exchange server keeps on prompting users to log onafter every few seconds (maybe 1 minute). This has happened after fixing a problem we had with OWA where the authentication method had to be changed.Mzansi

Which version of Exchange? what issue was fixed? did it prompt in OL? or OWA?

your owa change most likely involved enabling windows integrated authenticationtry adjusting the ie security setting to automatic logon with username and password
