AutoBCC on Outgoing Emails
Good Evening AllI am trying to setup Exchange similar to a BIS setup. When I send an email from account xx@email.com I would like it to send a copy to xx@otheremail.comI am just wondering, how I can set this up, is it possible to do it as a per user based rule (user configure) or how do I set this up as a server side ruleThank you all in advance

Yes, you can use a client side rule or you can use Selective Journaling from www.ivasoft.biz. Either is good and achieve the desired results, with differing amounts of "stealth"

Thank You MarkArnoldI tried doing it via Outlook, however it gave me an error :- check message after its sent; CC it to user/distribution list; send to my other email.it looked like it was going to work but after hitting ok it says "this is a client-only rule, and will only apply on outlook". That won't work as we need this rule to be active on a mobile device....

Well if you want it done when messages are sent using a mobile device the solution for you is the Selective Journaling one like I pointed you at. If I'd known you wanted it on mobile devices I wouldn't have pointed you at an Outlook rule as that is, as you saw, client-side only.
