Auto Accept Agent
Hi there, I am facing a problem with Auto Accept Agent. This scenario is working: When a user books a room and include a few attendees, and then the administrator deletes the booking, the user gets a declined e-mail. This scenario is not working: When a user books a room and there are no attendees included, and then the administrator deletes the booking, the user does not get a declined e-mail. Has anyone faced this problem before? How was it solved? Would appreciate some answers or tips on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem. Thank you and regards Kumar

How is the user booking the room? Are they inviting the resource or simply entering a claendar item? I think if you invite the resource you will get the decline email. If you are just entering time on that calendar you won't.

Hi, User is inviting the resource. Decline e-mail is sent when there are attendees. When there is no other attendee i.e. user only invite himself and the resource, upon cancellation by the Administrator, no decline e-mail is being sent. Thanks and regards Kumar
