Auto Accept Agent Conflicts
I have a resource mailbox that is registered with the Auto Accept Agent. A user is trying to book a meeting with the resource and it is being declined. However, there are no meetings scheduled on the day the user is trying to book the meeting. In the Event Viewer on the Exchange server, it says the meeting has been declinded due to 3 conflicts, butthere aren't any meetings scheduled! Any ideas?I'm using Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Thanks in advance.

Did you ever figure out why this was happening? I have your same setup and one of my users is getting the following error message when trying to book a single meeting ("Our_ Resource_NAME" has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must book each meeting seperately with this resource.). The resource is registered to work with Auto Accept Agent and has the proper settings to automatically accept meetings and does not automatically decline recurring meetings. For some reason the meeting being setup defaults to recurring without the user choosing it !!! I'd appreciate any help, thanks in advance.

Yes, I believe it was stale meeting entries in the Resource's calendar from the DST debacle. I logged into OWA as the Resource and deleted the stale meetings for that particular day. Let me know if this helps.
