Having issues setting the Auto Accept on a resource Mailbox. I have turned on the Automatedproccessing with autoaccept, added a allrequestinpolicy, added also allbookinpolicy still don't get back a reply when booking the resource. Any Ideas??

Try to enable the user account and then logon to the mailbox using OWA. Once in OWA, go into Options -> Calendar -> Resource Scheduling and see if it is enabled.
