Well, http://www.exclaimer.com/ is still your best option to do specific user-based tailored signatures for things like name, email address and such like. Make sure that the users know that there will be a standard signature applied so that they dont have their own and then your centralized one at the bottom; that looks so unprofessional. If you want to add a generic or standard disclaimer/message at the bottom then follow this: http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Using-Transport-Rules-Creating-Disclaimers-Exchange-Server-2007.html advice. Sure. If you dont mind spending some time rather than cash on product you can use: http://robwhitehouse.com/windows/script-auto-generate-outlook-signature/ or http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/corporatesignatures.htm There are a bunch of others that vary in complexity and capability. You just have to watch that you dont spend more hours setting this up and maintaining it than you would have spent on a separate product. Most orgs I work with do some basic tracking on manhours. In many cases, unless you have a handful of users who dont move PCs, change them, roam about or generally leave the organization you often spend, in man hours, more than a product would have cost. Obviously orgs also have Capex and Opex. It can be far easier to bury cost as Opex rather than spend Capital on a product. So many solutions, so many answers. Price the product and then assess how much youre going to spend in hours implementing/maintaining everything. Best regards. M. Hi, In Exchange 2007, you can add disclaimers by creating transport rule. You can refer to the following steps: 1. Go to EMC->Organization Configuration->Hub Transport->Transport Rules tab (in the middle tabs) 2. Click New Transport Rule, enter the name as signature and click Next 3. In Step 1 of Conditions, click ‘from users inside or outside the organization’ 4. In Step 2, click Inside to select Scope (Inside or Outside) and click Next 5. In Step 1 of Actions, select ‘append disclaimer text using font, size, color, with separator and fallback to action if unable to apply’ 6. In Step 2, click ‘append disclaimer text’, enter the disclaimer text and click OK, edit Arial, smallest, Gray, with separator and click Next 7. In Exceptions window, edit them according to your actual situation and click Next 8. Click New Then, all emails from inside will add the same disclaimer when they go through hub transport server. Hope this helps. ThanksSophia Xu
