Select "check messages when they arrive" and click "Next"4. do not select anything in the next window and confirm the warning message that this rule will be applied to every message you receive5. select "Have server reply using a specific message" 6. Click on "a specific message" to editthe message. If you want you can add additional recipients to the CC or BCC field.Raj

Hi,The pc does not have to be turned on to autorespond to a message. Remember for this to work the Exchange server must be configured to allow automatic replies.Leif

Hi,By default it is not.Find the remote domains configuration and look for the * domain. On the properties of this domain you can configure automatic replies to the internet.Leif
