Hi,

We have long list of address in Excel and we want to print those addresses using mail merge, problem is that when I import those addresses, some address gets cutdown, which are longer than normal, how can I set it so that it can auto resize to smaller font size and auto adjust.

Perhaps you can use formatting on the merge-field:

eg:

will result in:

2970 and 1310

You then have to make a column in Excel where you store the length of the column with adresses. This column is used to ask on in the IF-field. (I don't know any LEN-code in fields)
