We have a auto-reply rule that send a automatic reply back to our customers, when they send a mail to our "main" email address.

Is it possible to dont send this email to out intern users, such as ressource emails address? example all from @whatever.com should not get this auto reply mail

Hi,

This can't be set if using an auto-reply rule. However, we can emulate this by using an ordinary Outlook rule. To do this, please follow:

1. Go to Home tab > Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts.

2. Click New Rule button.

3. Select "Apply rule on messages I receive" and click Next.

4. Click Next button without selecting any condition. Click Yes in the pop-up dialog.

5. Select "Have server reply using a specific template". Click the blue "a specific template" to create a custom reply message. (Type your subject and message and then click Save & Close.)

6. Click Next and select "except with specific words in the recipient's address". Click the blue "Specific words" and add @whatever.com to the Search List.

7. Complete the rule setup.
