I need to create a server side rule in Exchange 2003 which will reply to all incoming messageswith specific template which has a word document attached to it. Is this possible. Would it be possible to do something similar if I used a mail enable public folder rather than a mail box? Any help greatly apreciated! Matt

Hi Matt, We can set a Server Side Rule for a mailbox user by using the following method: 1. Open Outlook and click Tools 2. Click Rules and Alerts and click New Rule 3. Click Next, uncheck from People or Distribution list and click Next again 4. Uncheck move it to the specified folder and select have server reply using a specific message 5.
