Hi, In exchange 2010 I would like to activate auto reply for all the incoming e-mail to our e-mail id. How can we achive this using Transport Rules I know we can do this from Outlook 2007 client side but for this outlook need to be running at all the time so we need to set the same in server side Client is not agreed with OOF ,can tell me how to send auto responce using Transport Rules in Exchange 2010. There are no auto-reply hub transport rules, but you can create a rule that rejects the message with a defined status code. Look in the hub transport rule wizard and you will see it. Not quite the same thing, but look at it anyway to see if it meets your needs.

You are correct There are no auto-reply hub transport rule available. We have used following steps to to activate auto reply for all the incoming e-mail to our e-mail id. In Outlook 2007 Click on Tools Rules and AlertsClick on New Rule select Check messages when they arrive Click on NextSelect Sent Only to meSelect Have Server reply using a Specific messageClick on a specific message, Type your message and click on Save & Close.Click on Finish.Viral Rathod Blog : http://viralr.wordpress.com
