Autodiscover for multi-tenant help..
I'm having some issues with Autodiscover on my Exchange 2010 sp1 multi-tenant environment. Right now I have the external url set to https://hosted.compsysar.com/Autodiscover/autodiscover.xml. So one test organization I setup "helpfix.us", doesn't seem to be working. Neither orgs are working with it actually. I am using SRV records and this is the responses I get from the online exchange tester: The Service Location (SRV) record lookup returned host hosted.compsysar.com IP Address returned ****** Port 443 is opened and listening SSL is valid Accept/Require certificate isn't configured *this is ok* Then I get: None of the expected XML elements were found in the XML response I've been looking at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff923256.aspx but don't fully understand it. It also requires another server & ip it looks like. Are there any other solutions or a reason why I'm getting this behavior?

I have accidentally left off some ExternalUri settings on a virtual directory. Set them and it is working great now
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Uhmm I still have an issue. The online Exchange test just fine, but the problem is some things are not configuring correctly. Like I just tried Outlook 2011 for Mac and it couldn't autodiscover the settings, and also on my iPhone 4 it couldn't. Do these two devices / software not support querying the SRV records? WHy would these not pickup the settings?
